HALLOWEEN 2002

It is with pleasure that I begin a true account of my life. I have a story to tell and the real names will be used so as not to protect the guilty. Halloween is special to me for a number of reasons. It is Halloween with it's meanings, it is also the day that the manager of the Independent Telephone Dept. (a part of Finley Engineering Co., Inc., in Lamar, Mo.) informed me that my job was TERMINATED! The managers name is RANDALL KIM LITTLE. I was hired on 12/18/1978 by CHARLES ORRELL. I was hired without even filling out an application. Charles Orrell was my boss for 23+ years which is how long I worked for the company. Charles Orrell retired 3/14/2002 and the people in his dept. were placed in other departments. I was not even informed that I was under a new manager until another worker started questioning me and I learned I had a new boss. LONNIE JOE McFADDEN was and is the office manager. I requested to know upon what grounds was I being terminated and I presented this directly to Randall Kim Little. His response was, "We don't have to tell you, we don't have to discuss it with you, we don't have to have a reason." Little opened a can of worms he really didn't mean to open. The reason my story is going to be told is because I did nothing wrong to cause this company to do this, and it is that innocense that drives me to expose this callous act by company officers who care not about the damage they cause to someones life by their poorly thought out choices. I journal. I write and I write a lot, and what I write is the truth as best I know it to be. I have much information that will cause me to be disliked by those that deserve to feel the sting. No one cared what happened too me in this situation. No one stepped forward in defense of my being innocent of wrong doing. Is it embarrassing to step forward and speak? Yes, it is to a degree. It was a lot more embarrassing though to have to realize I have been forced out of a company that I gave 23+ of the best working years of my life to and I did NOTHING wrong to cause it. Randall Kim Little simply did not like me and wanted me gone with absolutely no regard for what that act might cause in my life. You will want to keep viewing this as it develops because I am going to disect this company and events that happened to me and to others so that it is public information. For now let me just give you some highlights of events to bring you up to the present and later I will begin an indepth opening of my story to you of this company.

I filed an age discrimination complaint with the human rights commission. In the end I didn't get anywhere but as the lady that was on the case said, "At least you can have the satisfaction of knowing you made them nervous and uncomfortable." The company finally offered to settle for $2000.00. I told the lady that she could let them know where they could put their $2000.00. To me that showed they admit to wrong doing and offered me an insulting amount hoping I would grab it. They would have looked better to have offered nothing.

I emailed people, I faxed people, I wrote letters to people to voice the callous assault on my livelihood. I continued to do this until on 4/19/2006 , (a day I had to go to court in Lamar, Mo.) I was presented two presents. They are called "Orders of Protection".
Randall Kim Little & Lonnie Joe McFadden filed these against me because I wouldn't shut up and it stands that I really have only begun to speak. They have clearly abused the law and exposed themselves as women. What I mean by that is that the "Order of Protection" that they filed is normally reserved for battered wives or girlfriends to protect them from abusive husbands or boyfriends. The filing was free for them and so they are abusing the legal system by trying to use the system to silence me.

I am pleased at the response from two people who don't even know me and Ruth from Ark. was right on target. I will close for now and begin my postings. Have patience as I have a lot to do and so I may not post every day.

There will be things exposed like Lonnie Joe McFadden is on tape in a mock interview that was set up to see what information was being put out to potential employers I might want to work for. After hearing him it is hard to figure out just why I was fired as he was very helpful to me without meaning to be. My boss Charles Orrell is on tape also with his views and once again they were positive.

MARK OGLE also will have a place in the spotlight.

KEN KNUTH is the President of the company. I attempted to reveal what had happened to me through email and he never once replied about any of it. He had not the courage or concern to be a real company president. At one point an email I sent motivated someone to blacklist my emails so they would not go through.
